| The Embassy facilitated a project called cycle for Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The Embassy worked with Africa Speaks, Embassies from the SADC region, the Government through the Ministry of Sports and Public Service, UN agencies and the Cycling Association of Zimbabwe. The aim was to use sports to sensitize masses on the importance of the SDGs. The first leg of the activity was a cycle of 263 kilometers from Harare to Mutare. The Tour is expected to be conducted throughout all the countries in the SADC region in the near future. |
